    Join the Discord

    All submissions go through our Discord server.

    Even if your guild is already registered, posting yourself gives you more visibility and engagement from the community.

    Post your base

    Option A — use the bot

    Use /submit-guildeasiest

    Type /submit-guild anywhere on the server. Fill in the form and the bot sends you a ready-to-paste post via DM. Go to #guild-base-showcase, create a new post, paste it, and attach your screenshots (10 max for the first post).

    Option B — post manually

    Post directly in the forum

    Go to #guild-base-showcase, click New Post, and fill in your first message using the template below ↓.

    Wait for the next sync

    The site syncs several times a day. Your guild will appear automatically after the next sync.

Screenshot size

Keep screenshots under 8 MB for fast loading. Larger files slow down the page for everyone.

Cover image

Add Cover: N to your first post to pin screenshot #N as the cover. Example: Cover: 3 picks your third image.

Screenshot sections

Organize screenshots into labeled groups by posting a message starting with # Section name. Post the label before or after the images it describes.

Text formatting

Use **bold**, *italic*, or ~~strikethrough~~ in your lore and what-to-visit text. Wrap text in ||spoilers|| to hide it until clicked.

Want more votes?

Update your screenshots or videos. This triggers an announcement in the general chat that re-exposes your base to the community.

Screenshots ownership

By default, only the poster's screenshots are shown on the website. To let another contributor post screenshots, ask a moderator to whitelist them for your thread.

Don't want an image shown?

Post it in the thread and react with 🚫 (:no_entry:) to keep it off the website.

Multiple guilds, one builder?

You can submit in as many posts as you want. One build = one post.

One guild, multiple builds?

Name your posts GuildName - Build Title and they'll be grouped automatically on the leaderboard. Full guide ↗
