How to showcase multiple builds for your guild

Your guild rebuilt? Changed hands? Start fresh without losing your history — each build gets its own thread, votes, and page.

Some guilds go through complete transformations — a new season, a new creative direction, or a new team of builders. The showcase now supports multiple builds per guild: each build lives in its own thread, has its own score and screenshots, and appears as a collapsible group on the leaderboard.

How it works

Each build is a separate Discord thread in #guild-base-showcase. Threads from the same guild are automatically grouped together on the leaderboard when they share the same guild name.

To create a new build for your guild, create a new thread and name it:

GuildName - Build Title

Examples:

  • Mutiny - Lost World
  • Mutiny - Celestial Mountain
  • Jenova - First Build

The part after - becomes the build title shown on the site. If you skip the title (plain GuildName), the build is listed as Default in the group.

Optional fields in your first post

You can add any of these lines anywhere in your first post:

Current: yes
Hosted at: LittleFury [12345678]
FieldWhat it does
Current: yesMarks this as the guild’s active build (green dot on the site)
Hosted at: GuildName [ID]Links to the guild currently hosting this build if applicable (ID is optional)

Voting and scores

Each build has its own independent score and leaderboard rank. The grouped entry on the leaderboard shows the best rank across all your builds. Clicking the group expands it to show each build individually.

Example

Mutiny has two builds. Their threads are named:

  • Mutiny - Celestial Mountain → build title: Celestial Mountain
  • Mutiny - Lost World (with Current: yes in the first post) → build title: Lost World, marked current

On the leaderboard, Mutiny appears as a single row with a 2 builds badge. Clicking it expands to show both builds, each with their own tier, builders, and link.

Tips

  • Don’t delete the old thread — old builds keep their votes and their page stays accessible.
  • The thread name is the primary source for the build title.
  • One thread per build — avoid putting multiple builds in a single thread. Use the section system for screenshots instead (post a # Section name message to label groups of images).
